Ben, Seattle | Delay in production Ordered a gallery wrap print on 1st October. I am based in London and needed the print to go to a friend\'s gallery in New York - hence choosing this printer. It\'s only just been printed and is now not going to reach it\'s destination for another week - a week late. Follow up emails got no response and ended up having to phone from the UK. It would have been quicker to have it printed in the UK and shipped from here. Really wished I hadn\'t used this service.
Julia O., London / New York | Thank you but! I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important. I can send a photo if you need to see it.
